PurO3 Ozonated Sunflower Oil combines organic sunflower oil and ozone, giving you an oxygen-rich, soothing gel with high amounts of ozone.
Sunflower oil is moisturizing and calming and has been used in the medical and cosmetic industries for years. It is popular with those who deal with inflammation, acne, skin irritations and redness. It is the second-strongest oil we offer, so it might not always be ideal for sensitive skin. It’s recently found a lot of popularity for use with pets.
Sunflower is high in Vitamin E and also includes beta-carotene and Vitamin A.
We use standard organic sunflower oil, which is stronger than other types of oil. This type, which is high in Linoelic EFA, is the original sunflower oil, and is used in Europe, Cuba, Russia and other countries. Because it is stronger and more effective it has a more liquid consistency.
Ingredients and Usage
Simple, safe and pure ingredients:
Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil*, activated oxygen (ozone). *Organic

How to Use:
It can be applied to the wound or infection topically. After applying the sunflower oil it will absorb into the applied area. If using on an open wound a bandage is recommended.
Storage:
Keep in the refrigerator or freezer for long term storage. This will make it much thicker than at room temperature, but it will never harden like most other oils. If using more frequently, it can be left out at room temperature.
How does sunflower stack up against other oils?
Theย Potential Ozonide Indexย (POI) shows how much ozone a particular oil can hold. The more Omega 3s, 6s and 9s an oil has, the more ozone it can infuse and the stronger it is. The formula goes like this:ย Omega 3s (x3)ย +ย Omega 6s (x2)ย +ย Omega 9s (x1)ย =ย POI.
Sunflowerย has 0 Omega 3s, 65 Omega 6s and 23 Omega 9s, giving it a final POI ofย 153. This makes it a high strength oil that may not be suitable for sensitive skin.
