Buyer must ship there empty tank to us at additional cost with a copy of there paid receipt or invoice number for reference.
You can also purchase this item for any new or used Oxygen Tanks & They will ship full.

* Aluminum Tanks Require A Retest Every 5 Years & Steel Tanks Require A Retest Every 10 Years. If you purchase a cylinder from us and get at least 1 refill on it per year you will not be charged a retest fee when due. If you did not purchase a tank from us and send a out of date cylinder, you will be charged a retest fee before we can fill and return your cylinder.
